The San Diego CC dealer is not La Mesa RV it is Holland Motor Homes. I bought my 2002 Allure from them and took delivery in September. I have been very pleased with the service and response from the sales and service departments. You might try working with them to resolve some of your issues if you can't find a shop in Orange County or LA.
La Mesa RV carries the Newmar product that somebody mentioned just got pulled out.
