NRV delisting

Yahoo Message Number: 26236
NRV WAS listed on NY stock exchange....CC has never been listed as far as I know. CC was a private company when Bob Lee sold to National RV. NRV has two groups...National RV and Country Coach. Bob Lee led a finance group which made an offer to purchase NRV late in '05 (possibility to spin off CC?) but the offer was rejected. I don't know the many reasons...if there are many...for delisting but you can read the report at RVtravel.com. Joe Cronin 6223

You can read all you want to know about the NVH delisting here http://biz.yahoo.com/e/061012/nvh8-k.html and here

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/910655/000093279906000318/0000932799- 06-000318.txt

Basically, National RV Holdings market capitalization fell below the NYSE minimums.

Additionally, the offer from the investment group can be found on the SEC website as well at

I agree with your earlier post that the delisting cannot be good news for CC. It seems unreal that they can continue to expand and do all of the things they talked about in Charleston if the parent company is bleeding red ink! I have a feeling the same scenario that we are seeing in the housing market is going to playout in the motor coach market. There are still new 2005 CC coaches sitting on dealer lots and there is an abundance of 2006 units.

An article in the latest RV Business states Bob Lee has resigned from the board of National RV .In his resignation letter he said he was leaving because of "the ongoing crisis" . The company has lost some $80 million in a short period of time and the board has made no changes. National RV disageed with the contents of his letter.
