Winter resort.

After seeing the posts on Desert Shores a few days back I thought I would share this with anyone interested in owning a space in a quality winter resort without the high prices.
We just purchased several lots in a new resort that will be breaking in Yuma in a few months called The Palms. If you know the area it will be located off business 8 (32nd street) next to the Sun Vista resort.
From the plans and information I have seen it will be the nicest resort in Yuma and currently lots are selling from around $62k to 90k depending on size and location.
