Circus Lights with Front Heat Pump

Hello Country Coach Assistants:

We have the push button multiplex light switches on our 2006 Allure 470. They work beautifully all the time except when the front heat pump is turned on. We are here at Pacific Shores Outdoor Resorts in Newport and it is getting pretty cool early in the morning. When we turn on the front heat pump at a certain cycle a few lights in the front and even in the bedroom go on, go off, then different ones go on and go off and it is just like a three-ring light show. If we turn off the front heat pump and only run the back two, no circus lights. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what is going on? At 6:00 a.m. we are not in the mood for a circus light show!

Dear Shirley: I have had the identical problem. The sequence of events : parked , leveled, on generator , TV & 1 AC on, all 4 slides out---then all lights in coach start blinking in a random fashion, this lasts over 20 hours, then , subsequently stops & transitions to intermittent. The only way to turn off was to kill house battery. I checked all fuses, try to turn off at all panel boxes & switches to no avail. Fortunately an Alumnus of Georgia Tech ( Electrical Engineer) was nearby & checked all parts of the system ; after going to multiplexer( closet, bedroom) he felt that one of the modules was defective.
I took to Buddy Gregg, Tn, & they fixed & so far no recurrence.
