What Cleaner do you use for black streaks down window on to side of

Are there any superior cleaners that will actually stop the black streaks that always seem to come down the sides of the windows onto the body of the coach?

A number of yrs. ago a man was filling shelves at a good sam park with a spray cleaner that was guaranteed to stop that. we never purchased a can at that time to try it, but have been thru so many products we wondered if someone had hit upon the magic bullet of all cleaners that could even stop the streaks.
