Charlotte RV Service - Port Charlotte, Florida

I have an Evans Tempcon dash air system that has never worked right. These people are listed by Evans as one of their service centers. Have any of you had any dealings with Charlotte RV Service?
I would appreciate any feedback before I let them work on it. Thanks in advance.
