Hello - A positive service experience to report. Doug at CountryBoys.com referred us to Todd Springs, Serv. Mgr, National Indoor Storage(formally Serv. Mgr. at Buddy Gregg) 469-277-1330,Lewisville, TX 75057. Paul, Eduardo, Chris & Bob(Techs also from Buddy Gregg) All were a pleasure to work with. Paul diagnosed an electronic gremlin causing dead batteries and erratic house power for months. So far all is well on this issue - time will tell us. Eduardo did the Chelsea PTO kit(showed 50% wear at 25k - also rebuilt hydraulic pump), Chris changed out an inverter breaker, Bob diagnosed and serviced the HydroHot unit. A punch list of smaller issues was dealt with. Todd handled our Good Sam Extended Warranty coverage expertly. As good as it gets. From there we went to MCD Inovations, McKinney, TX to have our previously installed cockpit shades tuned and install the Duo-Shade system thoughout the coach. Great people - great product. Then to Alvarado, TX to have Centramatic Wheel Balancers installed. Spotted an ad in a magazine a few months ago, went to their website & decided to try them. Jim(Serv Mgr) said I would be surprised in the difference they make in the ride and improved handling characteristics and he was right. Smoother, quieter, far less steering correction required - amazing. Headed west at last. Safe travels to all. Logan & Annetta 07Inspire52000

Just got my coach back home from National Indoor Storage in Lewisville, TX. This is my normal service/repair group, mostly the guys from the old Buddy Gregg in Lewisville. Once again had an excellent experience. Had the routin oil change, chassis, etc service plus patio awning repair and full battery replacement. Todd and Eddie did the normal great service, on time and with care. Additionally, they ensured that I got the just warranty payment for the awning repair that was in my warranty contract. It is really nice to have great quality service and deep motor coach knowledge and skills close to home.
