Onan Generator Bushing Failure (Twice)

We purchased our 2007 CC Magna in November 2006. Since then we have had a reoccurring problem with bushing failure on the 12.5 kW Onan Generator. We first had to have a rear motor mount bushing replaced in September 2008. We just had the two rear motor mount bushing replaced again this month less than a year ½ later. Cummings can't explain why this happened. Has any one else had this problem?

We also have a 2007 Magna #6751 and never have had an issue. We use it always and have around 2000 hrs. What you are experiencing is not normal.

Answer: You have a bushing problem if the front of your coach vibrates excessively when you have the generator on. Also it will become very noisy in the coach.
