ABS Blinking Codes

Friends,

Do any of you have a manual describing the blinking codes to the fault involved?
I have a friend with an 04 Intrigue 400 ISL wherein the ABS light will not go out by "keying off" and then moving forward again. Also his ATC light is coming on.
This all starting after he had his Radiator replaced at Cummins in Boise, ID, so I suppose Cummins may have displaced a connection or something simple I hope.
