Capacity of Electrical Outlet breaker

Have 03 Allure. Has 27 electrical outlets with two plugs per outlet on one 15 amp line from the inverter. I have changed the 20 amp line to the washing machine and had it wired to two of the outlets which helps. Any known reason for all the plugs with only one breaker.
Design seems totally inadequate for full time, gourmet cook wife of mine. Thanks
