Satellite connection

We are at a campground in Texas and can not seem to set the tracstar system with the satellite elevation and azimuth settings provided by the resort. Has anyone run into this problem? 06 intrigue 11941, L.Earhart

on our Tracstar system, we go into menu, page forward to the region and change the region to "8" for Central. Then let the system hunt for the satellite. Should lock on automatically without any other input. Do you have the dome satellite or a dish? In our documentation, they gave us a map with all the regions numbered.
