Ride quality

I have been following the recent notes and want to add some comments to further confuse everyone!

1. The shocks can be set to different levels of resistance If my memory is correct there are three settings and the factory uses the middle of the range. Changing the setting after delivery is not a DIY job.
 `Question: If there are three settings, how do you know which setting is on your coach?
2. I heard that CC tweaked the geometry of the IFS some time after the original introduction in late 1999.
 Question: Is this true and if so what serial numbers identify the change point.

3. Most of us now know that CC changed the layout of the three ride height valves to one in the front and two in the rear.
 Question: If this is not the layout on your coach maybe a fix is in order.

4. Seems to me that ride height valves are not close to 100% perfect.
 Question: Is there a time/mileage period when these should be routinely replaced?
5. Some people have reported unexpected wear on the tie rod joint bushes (I'm not auto savvy so my description may be poor)

Question: Is this a potential for wander?
My coach tracks very well even though I run 108/104 in the tires which is higher than the Toyo manual. I do have some bounce at times (we have some terrible roads in California) and maybe a change to the shock setting would help.
I have had the ride height valves re configured to one fore two aft and believe there was some improvement to the ride.
My coach rides best with full diesel and partial water and when the 4200# toad is attached?
