Blower fan on dash AC

Fans is a four speed fan. In the Texas heat- after about 1 hour on high speed the fan stops blowing. Can turn it down to the other three speed and the fan blows. If I turn off for a few minutes can resume high speed for a while before it again stops blowing.
sounds like it is overheating. Is there a fix other than replacing the fan?

I would first, check the switch to see if it overheats or loose or bad connections. Then go for the motor. While in their, blow and clean out the fan blades good. Taking one hour to overheat is a long time, then the cool down time is very short. Are you sure the AC coils are not icing over? Seems most AC units do not recommend wide open for a long time as that can cause the coils to ice. Could be just overworking the system. Might try running it down one speed and see if it stops or just keeps going. Your system may have a feature to shut down the high speed fan if it ices.

Just some thoughts.

Blower motor has an internal thermal (bi-metallic) overload. High speed draws the most current and generates more heat than the slower speeds. Motor cools down enough to reset and will run again until the heat causes another trip. Slower speeds don't work the motor as hard. Sounds like maybe the motor bushings need a little lube.

The bearings are starting to freeze up. You may try to lubricate them. Kroil is the best, but if you cannot get it use PB blaster. WD40 is a last resort.

I have seen this on two 2002 coaches.
The fuse for the blower is a breaker type.
It is in the compartment under the driver.
As they get older they will not handle as much current as when new.
About $7 at the auto parts store.
