Xantrex inverter/charger issues

We lost external AC power and batteries went down to 12.4 volts. When power was restored the inverter went to bulk charge but only at 13.5 or so. I usually see 14.4 or so charge volts. I have new (couple months old) lifeline AGM batteries and the inverter/charger is set up for AGM batteries. Has anyone seen this issue with their inverter? TIA.

This seems correct for AGM batteries. Did the person who installed your new batteries reset your inverter/charger for AGM?

To follow up, since the 15 AMP house circuit we were plugged into couldn't handle the 92 AMP DC charge rate, I adjusted the Xantrex charge rate down from 100% to 30%. When i got up the next morning, batteries were fully charged and everything now seems normal. I'm thinking since the batteries went down to 12.4 volts (below 50% I think?) they were absorbing most of the volts which might explain why the initial charge rate showed only 13.5 volts and 92 AMPs? But I'm not good at electrics, so this train of thought is open for correction. TIA

Larry,

12.4 VDC is more like 70 - 80% SOC.
