94 CC Concept 36'

Noted an add for a 36' 94 Concept in Southern California. Recommended a friend look it over, as he and his DW would IMO, be a good fit for this rolling classic. Pictures look good, and the add reads well.
Any advice on Concept specific related areas to look into, or double check the maintenance history on? (If it passes a normal walk thru to validate the pictures reflect what it actually is condition wise, then we'd do a full inspection and pull samples for analysis.)
I saw that a few years of Concepts had recalls to upgrade the tire capacity due to a miscalculation on the resulted in undersized tires for the load. But suspect this was more of an issue on the 40' Concepts - a question, not a statement...
Any other tips on Concept unique things to check out, would be appreciated.
Many thanks (When my DW and I are ready downsize to a smaller rig, this would be exactly what I would look for - even without slides, these were such unique and pride of craftsmanship built units... We're just not ready yet - give us 10-15 years to finish breaking in our Allure, and get some miles under our belts:)!), Smitty
