Hydro hot inop

Our coach has a hydro hot system. No hot water for DW's shower. HH status board The bay shows low coolant fault. Overflow bottle was low so I added 50/50 mix to fill bottle per HH instructions. Checked the main tank by loosening the pressure cap and tank was full. HH. Instructions say that the fault should self clear when coolest level is restored but is is still showing red on the status board. Trouble shooting. Checked breaker on coach, Status board has power. Green status on burner and pump. No other red status faults. No hot water, no eng preheat, no furnace heat. Basically the burner won't spin up. No elec. hear either. I will call HH tomorrow when we get to where we have cell service, but in the meantime, ideas?? Jim and Jo

Try pushing in the reset button on the status board, takes a paper clip or tiny pointed instrument like a toothpick.

Boiler fluid float maybe faulty.

Their is a work around. Remove metal cover and find two Yellow wires. Wires are easy to disconnect.
Remove and hook up jumper wire with inline fuze ( 10 amp).
Be real sure your boiler fluid is full.
See if that works. This is only temp rill you can get float replaced.
Good luck.

Here is a site that will also help you with your Hydro-Hot.  RV Hydronic Heater Forum          RV Hydronic Heater Forum  RV Hydronic Heater Repair        I used it when my system stopped working correctly.  He will answer question posed to the group/forum. I did have to join his group, but no ads or anything like that came back to me because of joining. He is a very knowledgeable person and you can get parts from him. I had same problem and it was the fluid level sensor. 08 CC Intrigue Ovation #12046

All: As I suspected but was unable to prove, I think the float was stuck. We were at the Apostle Island in northern Wisconsin and on the water most of the weekend so, no cell service. When we drove home to MN yesterday, the ride on old WI-13 must have bounced the float loose, by the time we got home we had hot water! My plan was to jumper the float when I got home until I could get a replacement part but fortunately I didn't have to. I've save the URL of the forum. Good to know. Thanks for all the great advice!
