Tucson/Rocky Point rally & membership

Hi to all fellow CC owners and interested SOB's, We just got back home from two great CCI Rocky Mountain Chapter rallies--Tucson and Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Forty one coachs and about 82 great folks had a ball in Mexico. Couldn't help but reflect on membership when catching up on all the posts regarding this forum.
As a former Monaco owner who was booted from their Yahoo forum when I bought an Intrigue I can tell you that it is not a great feeling to be treated that way. The folks at this rally proved what I have always felt---It is not about coaches, it is all about people. We even had three SOB's at our rallies and guess what--around the campfire they were just folks and we did not care what they were driving. My only regret was that I didn't really get to know all 82 attendees but sure will try harder at the next rallly in Las Vegas. Kudos to the rally masters who did such a great job making sure everyone was welcome and had a great time.

Mega dittos from the Indio (Desert Shores) group who were invited to come along with the CCI RMC to Puerto Penasco. All seven had a wonderful time and enjoyed the comeraderie of the other attendees.
Weather was OK and the food was great. Entertainment, food, margaritas and shopping went on well into the evening. Was fun to see Ray's eyes when all the 45's pulled up. He wasn't sure if we were going to be able to squeeze all them in at the park... But we did!

Thanks to our hosts and we hope to be with you on an upcoming event sometime in the not too distant future.
