2004 Allure For Sale

We are putting our wonderful 2004 Allure 40 ft NPTS on the market. We are building a house and ceasing our full-time life style and do not want to have our beautiful coach sitting in a storage facillity for long periods of time. It has tirple slides, tag axel, hydro-hot, satellite internet dish, King-Dome Automatic Direct TV, heated tile floors, a very large kitchen counter top with no stove in the middle of it, and more. The milage is 16,000 trouble free miles. Further details and pictures are available via e-mail. The price is $275,000. New it was $343,000 and the new 2006 Allures of the same length appear to be going at around the $400,000 mark. This coach is one of those good ones and is working and running great. We have our beautiful 40' Newport triple slide 2004 Allure up for sale. Moving into a new house in a couple of weeks, so it is available be mid-December.
