I have been solicited by this marketer to list and sell my rig. Having gained little contact from my RVonline and newspaper ads, I am tempted to try RVregistry, but I know nothing about them and do know there are scams out there. This outfit did give me a proposal in writing and are headquartered in Omaha, Ne. They charge a flat fee of $ 228.95 until sold.

Has anyone in this group had any experience with RVregistry?

I looked at them about 5 years ago when I was trying to sell my first coach. They didn't have many coaches listed, so I passed. There are several online search places that are probably just as good.

I think I've bought a 2002 Allure...but it's in Oregon and I'm in Texas.:-)

Thanks, David. Their website is showing a sizable listing now, and I'm glad to hear they have been around for five years. By the way, my rig is just a little newer than the one in Oregon, and I,m practically in Texas ( Texarkana, Ar )

Walt,

the deal out there just can't be beat...I looked closely at a 2001, with more mileage for about the same price. I think the dealers have large inventories now and some are willing to let coaches go to stop paying floor plan interest on them...I had a max price ceiling and they just hit it and I got a newer coach than I had expected. The proof will be in the viewing and driving...as I mentioned, it's 2200 miles from Ft. Worth out there...I'll also get a factory tour, which I've been wanting for 6 years.
A close friend of mine has a 2003 which she wanted me to look at, but it was just too $$ for me. I'm not going full time, so I had to be reasonable on the price going in.

Good luck, if you are trying to sell yours.

I have had much more success with rvonline and rvtraderonline than rv registry. I would save the $228.00 You can also try research and rvtrader.

A friend of mine in Denver sold his SOB thru a ad with RV Registry. He also had his coach listed with RV Online, but with no buyers from that ad.
