Incline OK?

Yahoo Message Number: 29889
Hello Group:

We need some advice. We have purchased a new home. The street in front of the home is on a pretty good incline. Our development allows us to leave the coach in front of our home three days and two nights.
In our other home, our habit has been to pull up in front, plug into our 50 amp on the side of the house, run the air-conditioner and chill the refrigerator while stocking for our trips. In this new house, the incline is great enough that there will be no possibility to level the coach. Not even close. We know enough not to start the refrigerator. But, will three days and two nights cause a problem with any of the other fluids in the coach? Is there any other reason why we should not do this?

Hi Shiley,

Getting the coach preped worn is out, so we tried a new tact.
Take no food, leave the frig off, 1/4 water in the tank, put in a few clothes(we never get close to using all we take), add tools as necessary, laptop, camera, binoculars, maps and money. Enroute, crank up the refrigerator with 2 gal jugs of water for 'cold sink' and buy food close to the end of the first day. I generally make the first day long as the destination is usually more than a 1000 miles. Usually eat out the first day, so all works well. At the end of the trip, rest for a few days, service the coach, wash the bedding and towels, put everything back so only a few things need to be added.
