Sealant curious

Told by country coach that they use Sikaflex 221 sealant on many exterior surfaces. Having a problem finding this in KC. Does someone know the 3 M brand with the same ingredient.

Marine grade 3M 4000UV does well also and it is UV resistant.
Allthough it comes in only white and black.
