Scheduled Maintenance Chart

Has anyone made up a chart of all the scheduled maintenance items and the intervals they are due at? I am looking for engine, transmission as well as house systems. I am trying to put all the information together in one chart and then load it in VMSpc for my 2000 Allure Chandler with 8.3 ISC and Allison 6 speed. If you have anything I can use to compare to what I have already put together from the manuals and the info sheets from Cummins I have, please send a copy to me or load it to the files section for everyone to benefit from.

Anyone else using VMSpc to track maintenance requirements and due dates? Would be interested to here any inputs and recommendations.

And last.....Is there anyone on the group who has used Cummins Southeastern Power in Jacksonville, Florida for maintenance, service or repairs? All opinions are appreciated.

An excellent idea!! I previously had asked the factory if there was a maintenance chart provided to dealers, and was told "no". After going through most of the box of owner's manuals, I thought a complete list would be useful. Anxious to see if anyone has done this yet!

Hi Folks.

In the Owner's Manual in 7.2 is the lubrication schedule and 7.6 is the Maintenance Schedule.
Trust you understand that reference to applicable pages and locations of items can be correct, uncorrect or missing elsewhere in the manual and can differ with what is placarded (e.g. the generator, the hydraulic fluid reservior). Also, CC may have even different direction than what is in the manual. Conclusion - read the complete manual and tie everything back to
7.2.
