Installing CB Radio - 2006 Inspire Siena # 51551

This is my first post here, although I have enjoyed and learned a lot for quite a while.
I am wanting to install a CB Radio and need to know if the regular antena serves a duel purpose. ( regular antena and CB antena). If so where would the cables be located? If this is not the case, can you tell me what type of antena do I need and where can you install it on your RV.

On my 03 Allure, my CB and FM radios use the same antenna. The cable at the antenna is above the TV and runs behind the TV, to the left side of the driver's windhield, then down under the dash to the radios.
