If you do not have fogged window(s) now, you will.
To date I have had drivers side window replaced by original CC factory staff.
This I was told would be my last and only replacement. That took a year to organize.
A month or so later my entrance door window and bathroom window started to fog.
Windows in front of seat line are a safety issue, the rest are not.
I have been told by various sources that the manufacture (SE-GI) will no longer replace CC glass.
There is a panel humidity retainment issue also to consider. Most likely from improper sealing of openings, etc.

New methods of repairing this problem have recently come into focus because of the frequency of this repair need.
The problem runs throughout the RV industry.
Personaly, I will give OREGON MOTOR COACH CENTER a call and make an appointment for possible repair durring the days before or following reunion.

Check out the following messages on this site "43717 and 43718". There is a company in Florida that will repair your windows. I have a friend who shipped one of his windows (from a Monaco Diplomat) from Virginia to Florida, they actually replaced one pane of glass and it cost about $250.00. The shipping cost was very high though.

I have 4 that need to be fixed or changed . My plan is to go to suncoast in Hudson Fl. to get a fix in Nov. when we head to Fl. My question is has anybody had reccurance after the fix. I also seen where Oregon is getting a new manufacturer for rv window and doors. Hopefully they will make windows better that will be able to replace the SEGI. Oops or no see thru.

Jack,

I replaced my driver window two years ago. It needs it again as does the door window. Other '04 Allure owners that you and I know have replaced them as well. I will be replacing mine this early winter in Hudson, FL.

George, You say you replaced the driver window 2 yrs ago. Was it replaced with a new or a redo window. We hope to be in Hudson about Nov 2 nd, but I wanted to find out if people are having trouble with the fixed windows.

Larry, my replacement window was an entirely new window. I ordered and received it from CC and had it installed at the Jekyll Island rally.

Good luck with your windows.

Hi:

I had a fogged drivers side window on my 2003, Intrigue First Avenue. The end of the story was ... the window was replaced. No more fog.

How about this:

Do I need to worry? Fuel rail rupture, I have a 2007, Allure 470 with a 400 HP Cummins. I heard that some had a support bracket problem. No recall yet. Should I be concerned?

When we bought our coach in Nov07, the small, fixed curbside window was fogged and the dealer got a replacement from CC. Recently, the two fixed driver side windows, one above (eye brow?) and one in front of the slider, the driver side slider and the door window all fogged more or less simultaneously. I found the Hudson, FL company mentioned earlier in a magazine , but my repair shop recommended I consider Mat, owner of Sarasota Auto Glass here in town. I got two references from Mat and was able to contact one of them. Said he had a good outcome, so SAG got the job. Mat removed the units, dis-assembled, cleaned and resealed, pressurized and reinstalled them for an average total cost of about $137 per window. He charges a flat hourly rate plus materials. After he opened them up, he cleaned them and asked me if I thought they were acceptable. Some units are in various stages of corrosion and a judgment will be required to determine whether glass replacement is in order, at an additional cost. None of my glass needed replacing. An additional benefit of using Mat is he guarantees his work for as long as I own the coach. Turns out I had to use that feature because the door window re-fogged after a month. He figured out he hadn't gotten the gas pressure just right and of course honored his guarantee. I'm a satisfied customer. You can reach Mat at: Sarasota Auto Glass

Bob- All of those failures I've heard about- Cummins fixed the problem under warranty. I believe there is a campaign on it, but I know i've heard of at least 5, all covered under warranty. Symptom is fuel spraying all over at high pressure; fix is better fuel rail support. Call cummins. Mike

Hi Bob,

There is a problem with the high pressure fuel rail. The fix is a new fuel rail that includes a support bracket. If the fuel rail ruptures because vibration, fuel will be pumped all over the engine compartment that could cause a fire. I attached a pic of the bracket. If it does not come through, email me off group and I will send it to you.

Yes call give them the serial number of your engine,(located in medicine cabinet). Mine were all listed and I could see them on the shops screen. This included the engine low oil warning light, issue in 06 when bearings were locking up. Happened to two people that posted, something like the PTO.

Sincerely,

Jim Spivey

Your fuel rail question may get more response if you created a seperate post with an applicable subject line.
Some folks forget to get completly out of a thread befre posting a new subject. It happens sometimes without realizing it.

Hi David,

The fuel rail ruptures and spews fuel all over the bedroom windows I guess. Ask Bob, he is the one asking about the fuel rail. I will be traveling south along the west coast from washington to california in the spring of 11. I need to stop at a repair facility that will remove and repair my fogged windows. I'm thinking Portland, Or, or Junction city Or. Can any of you recommend any shops. I have about 9 windows that have problems. Thanks, John @ 509 4470735. 05 Magna

RV Glass in Eugene did ours this past summer..
Good job... But only a one year warranty..
I believe there is another facility in the same area that provides a 3 year warranty.
