I am looking at an ACC Extended Warranty. Does anyone have experience or information about this company?

Read the actual contract, not a generic explanation you get from the sales person. Then read it again and maybe a third time. This goes for any company you are considering. Every issue of every motor home magazine has responses to complaints from purchasers of extended warranties who did not understand what was or was not covered and under what circumstances. For what they cost you should be very careful to understand everything.
I leave my money in my investments and have been RVing in class A's for over 30 years with no major failures. That is not to say it can't happen but no financial expert advises buying extended warranties as they are a large profit item for the sellers. That leaves little money going to the company making the promises to fix your rig.
If you search this subject in the past messages section you will find several explanations, pro and con as well as the names of other companies to consider. Also, the CC owners club is working on a group rate for members. Purchasing as part of a group gives you more bargaining power both for the initial cost and for any problems in the future.

Wayne,

If you have a regular place to go for your service, i would ask them what warranty company they like due to ease of working with them and they cover most things you will encounter. We did this and actually signed up with the company they recommended and have had the fortune so far of not having to use them yet. i hope we didn't just jinks ourselves. If you could have a radiator issue I would also see if that would be covered since alot of warranty companies are bailing on that fix.
Safe Travels,

I have a 2007 intrigue with 12,000 miles on it. When I purchased the coach, I purchased an extended warranty from Easy-Care. 1-888-538-4181. They are the largest company of this kind. I have had numerous claims with them (leaking left rear and right front wheel seals, inop gen, broken pass seat heater, pass floor slide motor inop, inop water pump, etc.) They have paid every time, no questions. Their contract covers everything excet wiper blades, brake shoes from normal wear etc. Someone else might not want one of these, but that is what insurance is for. Peace of mind.
