Dash Radio no power.

While installing in motion Autonet wifi, HD Motosat, and Winegard minimax in motion antenna, I discovered that we had no power going to my Dash Radio. Ouch ! We found the red power wire and it was dead, no fuse blown. We also found a yellow wire going to memory power and it was hot(12 v).
Then we jumped a hot 12V to the dead power wire, no luck. Last but not least we jumped the black to ground. nada. Are the systems connected?
