Country Coach Models - Total Production Runs for Each Model

Hi Group,

I asked Damon Rapozo of www.damonr.com to provide me with a guess of how many coaches of each model were built. Here is what he came up with:

Allure - #30,000 - #31,727 so 1,727 between 1996-2010, 115/year on average.
Inspires - #51,000 - #52,207 so 1,207 between 2004-2009/2010, 201/year on average.

Intrigues - #10,000 - #12,302 so 2,302 between 1995-2010, 144/year on average.

Tributes - #81,000- #~81,154 so an estimated 154 between 2007-2009, about 51/year on average.

Magna, Affinity, Concept, and Lexa shared the same series of coach numbers and were often referred to as "plant 10 product" and the history is a bit fuzzy. The oldest record goes back to coach #4841, a 1992 40' Concept Capella. The oldest Magna is a 92 36' Prestige # 4876. The first Lexa was #6117 a 2003 model and the last and only 2004 Lexa built is #6351. In all an estimated 30 Lexas or less were built.
The last "plant 10 product" on is a 2009 Magna #7020 which is a Veranda. Somewhere around 2,200 plant 10 models were built.

Thanks Damon! Remember you can always refer to the model history section http://www.damonr.com/model_history/ of his website to get particulars on each model separated by model year.

--Lee My 09 Magna is serial 7025. It completed production approximately Sept 1st, 2008. When I took delivery on Oct 1st there were other Magna's on the line but I do not remember seeing a coach number greater than mine. At the time , they were completing " custom order " coaches before "dealer order" coaches, so the coach numbers on the line were lower than mine. There were other orders on the board near Carolyn Gsell's desk, but I did not take note of their numbers. I may have the last numbered coach. They made some 2010 units but they could have been the uncompleted coach, already on the line. If someone knew how to get hold of Carolyn she would know best, as she seemed to be able to remember coach numbers and customer names quite accurately.

Interesting, Ron. I have met Carolyn, impressive person. She gave my wife and I a plant tour in August, 2009 in the waning days of CC. The plant was pretty barren. She sure knew her way around. I will share this information with Damon Rapozo . . . my source on this production data. Your information would bump the find number up by 5.

Ron, Damon now reports that he just now went back to his sales records. The numbering system was all messed up, as you indicated. They moved coaches around on the production line so it's really confusing.
#7038 was an Affinity he retail sold and #7034 was a Magna he retail sold. So it appears there were Magna's after yours.

Not only were coach numbers built out of sequence but in the last couple of years of production there were many coach numbers planned and in the system on paper but were never built, those numbers were skipped.
