Pac Brake, Cruise Control

Ray,

I agree with Steve. I think your problem is a loose connection in either a spade terminal on your Pac Brake switch or those red molex plugs. You could identify the wires in your manual first and then take the shift pad and switch panel off that has the Pac Brake and your other switches to expose the under side of the switches and plugs. I am not sure how that driver's side panel in your Intrigue is configured, if there is a side panel you can take off, do that. I think you will find something loose or not seated tight for the Pac Brake. If you do not find something definitive, it will be trial and error.

Your high idle should be part of your cruise control circuit. Once I had everything exposed and identified, I would start the coach and bring the high idle up. I would then start to wiggle the red molex plug or gently pull on the wire or wires for your cruise on both sides of the plug and see if your high idle drops out. That would answer the dropping in and out of the cruise control. You probably do not have a pin and socket that is completely seated. This will work if CC is still using the high idle via the cruise. At least you can troubleshoot with the vehicle stopped.
Let the group know if you find the problem or problems. If not, there is possibly another answer for the Cruise Control problem.
