The problem with my generator was leaking fuel lines. Suction line from tank was cracked, would draw air, not fuel. The return line also leaked near the fuel tank, explained the leak no one could find late last year.
Now, if I figure out how to cut through the material C C used between the framwe rails, I will replace the hoses to the Hydro-Hot, I can see one of the hoses has some external cracks. THere has always been a minor fuel smell in the storage compartments.

Thanks for posting what you found Tom. That helps us all when we have similar problem. I have had several occasions where my genset just stopped for no reason. Now I am going to have a closer look at those fuel lines.
