Inspire Engine Block Heater

I have an 04' Inspire and I found the plug for the engine block heater but no receptacle in sight. Can any Inspire owners lend a hand here?

Hi I also have a 2004 Inspire so I never gave that plug much thought until now, I think you need to use an extention cord to a power pedestal. Never used it, but that's what I would do.

I have an 05 Inspire and you have to run an extension cord either to a pedestal or possibly your outside/bay 110 outlet.

I used my block heater all the time. If the temp. is going to be below 45 in AM I will plug the block heater in the night before. If you do you will not have to wait for the intake heater to heat the engine to start without having to use much starter.
Be sure you use a heavy duty extension cord. I use a 12 gauge and it still get warm. Do not power the cord until you have a complete connection as you will see sparks.
