Holding Tanks In Freezing Weather

In cold weather, I run the Hydro Hot to heat the utility bay to prevent freezing. Does this also prevent the fresh, gray and black water tanks from freezing? If not, are there any suggestions as to how to ensure those tanks don't freeze?

All tanks are located in the same bay so if your heating that bay you're OK.
