Switch Box Source

In my Magna, is installed a 15-position push-button video switch box that controls the Inputs and Outputs to the Main TV and the bedroom TV. It is rather small, 10" wide and 1 1/2" high. I have not removed it yet, but I think it is the source of an audio problem. It also has a TV ANT PWR button, 5 buttons for the MAIN TV, 4 for the VCR, and 5 for TV2. Does anyone know of the vendor that manufactured this box? They used to be available at Camping World, but their site does not show them.

As always, any ideas would be much appreciated.
