New Engine & Chassis Tech, Junction City,OR

This is a report on a new shop in Junction City, OR.
I needed to have my exhaust manifold gaskets replaced. I had received a quote from Cummins Northwest, Coberg, OR including labor at $120 per hour.
I called Kevin Waite for other options. Kevin advised me that Brian Schack has set up his own shop two doors down from Kevin's home and is available for new business.
Brian Schack has many years as a tech working on all sorts of diesel and gasoline powered vehicles. His shop has three stalls; one for RVs and two with lifts for autos. Nothing fancy, just very practical. He quoted me at a very reasonable rate of $85 per hour. I provided the parts using my Cummins Power Club discount.
Brian replaced my exhaust manifold and gaskets, fuel filters, hydraulic filters, air cleaner, dual thermostats, and exhaust tip. He lubed my exhaust brake and inspected the turbo all hydro and coolant hoses.
He did a very good job and was respectful of keeping our living area clean in the process. He is very knowledgeable and he is a fine honest gentleman. I very satisfied and I would use his services again for anything from oil changes to a complete overhaul.
I have no financial interest in his operation, only a personal interest in helping him to grow by obtain more Country Coach Owners' business.
