cabinet mirror handles

I have several handles on the mirrors for my cabinets that came off. I tried re-attaching with super glue, but it did not hold. How do I get these fixed?

I would try some Goop. It is a heavy contact adhesive and whatever I have attached to anything with the stuff sticks.
