Panel Indicatot Lights

My panel lights are so dim that trying to see them in the daylight is a big problem maybe my eyes are shot don't know. I can pull the case and look but I thought I would ask if these are the LEDs that will work and are they all the same color warm white or are they red and green and it looks like it will take about 20 lights. Looked in the big black book and can not find any number on the stock bulbs.

(Simple thought. Do you have your headlights on during daylight?) Yes, but I am not asking about the gauges, it's the panel light cluster. In the morning with the sun out can't see (wait to start-P-and others then when driving can't see cruise control-exhaust brake and others.

The indicator lights we are talking about come on with the ignition switch.

The indicator lights are impossible to see in daylight. I suggest you work on a solution and let us all know so we can all benefit from your efforts. Hopefully, you will not want to charge us for your findings.

I agree with he assessment that the Console Indicators are very hard to see. I did get a response from a member on the IRV2 forum. It seems like its very difficult to find out what colors are needed and than I pulled the console cover back and it seems like a real challenge to change the bulbs to LED, don't want more problems. I would like t change the interior bulbs to LED when they start going however, I don't know what the replacement bulb number is and hope someone here would have that information.

I replace all 27 I think with something like this. Now I can leave them on all day if I want and they don't even get warm. My other ones 10W in 2min you could not put your finger on them to HOT.

I recently replaced most of my panel lights with LED's with good success. They are plenty bright. I used these: http://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/subminiature-bulbs/74-led-bulb-1-smd-led-wedge-base/227/ Need to take care as they are polarity sensitive, meaning they have to be installed correctly to work. I just installed one and tried it. If it didn't work I removed and turned 180 degrees then took notice which side of the LED was positive and installed the rest the same way. Not difficult. You want to do 1 at time to make sure the correct light goes in the correct hole! Also had a problem with the ABS light. For some reason it would always blink with the LED so I put a regular bulb back in and the problem went away.

So the only one that did not work right was the ABS thats OK and are they the Amber bulb that you used plus, the lights for the turn signal are they Amber or did you get the Green ones (2 lights) so do I need to get 19 Amber or 17 Amber and 2 Green because I don't know if the black cluster board is all one color or green spots for the turn signals..

Got them ordered 19 cool whites great place to order lights, should have them on Wed. Now I will have light for my 98 Honda Accord it takes the same light so the ones from the coach goes in the Honda.
