I am in need of a step converter relay SCH Rack TD 413012/ Serial # 1563 series 12./42 Any one know where I can purchase one. Thanks Dick.

It this relay is for adapting the "newer" controller" to your original door switch (Normally Closed, NC), you can replace the switch with a SPDT switch you can get at any electronics store for about $6. I've replaced my switch, get the one with a metal actuator. Use the (Normally Open, NO) connections.
