As the new owner's of a Country Coach I wanted to say Hello, We are Steve and Debby, we home base out of Orange County, CA. and travel about nine months of the year. We've been traveling the last two years in our fifth wheel trailer and plan to continue for quite a few more. A couple of years on the road made us both realize that we were in need of a high quality coach to continue comfortably with this lifestyle, hence the purchase of a Country Coach. We purchased a 2004 Allure Newport 40 with the ISL 370 #30990. I plan to install a Hydralift to the rear of this coach to haul our motorcycle. I've been lurking for a while and I'm impressed with the members feedback on this site. I'm sure I'll have questions of my own and I thank you in advance for answers.

Welcome Steve and Debby!  Congratulations on your "new" coach. We have been full timing in our 33' Allure for almost 6 years.  We have put over 100,000 miles on our 2004 coach.  Our home base is Tampa FL.

My husband Lonny had triple bypass heart surgery in January and we're  resting and recuperating and hope to get back on the road in July.  This is a great forum. We have learned so much from here.

Hey Rick and Mary welcome to the group....

stand by... you are going to get a wide and personal story about all of them.. I don't think one is any better than the other they all have the quirk's and requirements that seem always to raise their nasty little rules when you need them to help pay a bill.  I think the first order is to "ALWAYS" get their approval before any work is done on the repair.  The pay a very little amount towards "Diagnosis Time" prior to problem being discovered.

Enjoy your new Country Caoch.

We bought our Country Coach in October of last year. We purchased our warrantee from the dealer through national auto care, or NAC for short. It was quite pricey, but the the fact that you could bring it in for 5 different repairs at one time and still pay only a $100.00 deductible for all five repairs, it seemed like the plan to go with. I have had 2 repairs since I bought the warranty l, both were paid without incident. These NAC warranties can only purchased through a dealer so they do make a profit but I checked with a Good Sam and they wanted twice as much for the same coverage. It is hard to dish out that initial amount but to me and my wife the peace of mind is worth it.

Hi Rick,

I have a 2005 allure 470 37 ft. I love this coach.... warranty companies are all over the board. We have easy care but it has not been a smooth association. All of them can be difficult from what I read. Enjoy your ride.

Welcome to the Country Coach family Rick & Mary.
My extended warranty is with Allegiance CSI, I bought it through Wholesale Warranties.
A couple of years ago they paid for my radiator replacement when mine started leaking.
The repair was handled quickly and efficiently without any issues.
Based on my personal experience I recommend Wholesale Warranties.
Brittany Malkin is the young lady I delt with.
A leaking radiator has been a common issue with some Country Coach models & years.
You may want to check yours out.
Best of luck to y'all
