Hi, need some info on where to place surports when coach is raised the most so i can run new fuel line to heater that is behine drive wheel, thanks Charles 5886

The easiest thing to do if you don't need to remove the wheels to access what you need, is to drive the coach up on some ramps which are easily made from some 2x12 lumber and screws. Then the weight stays on the tires and you don't have to be concerned about where to place jack stands or blocks or anything to do with the suspension etc.; just drive it up. Otherwise if you do need to actually jack it up, always put the jack and any stands/blocks under a very sturdy part of the axle in the rear or the lower suspension arm in the front. My 1998 Intrigue does not make this easy as there is very limited space to get a bottle jack and a jack stand in a suitable position, but it is possible to do.

In any case, be sure to set the park brakes and chock the wheels before crawling under, and don't rely on the air suspension to stay in position (in other words make sure you have enough clearance even if the air suspension completely deflates so you won't be crushed if is does).

Mark, thanks for yhe info on raiseing up coach with the ramps, but i dont want to start the engine up. Just had the oil change for the winter time, thats why i would like to raise up the coach with air bags, then put some wood blocks under it, but where is the best place to block it up. Thanks Charles 2000 magna 5886
