Leaking oil cooler

We have a 2000 Counrty Coach Infinity with a 455 diesel. Need help on procedure of removal of radiator and oil cooler. Coach has a side radiator. I have removed all the side and bottom shrouds along with removing the bolts on top of the radiator. Neither the radiator or oil cooler will budge. Is there something I am missing. Does anyone know the procedure for these removals. Any HELP would be appreciated. Thank you. Dave
