Dead water pump

We left Iowa this am and it was -9. The bay heat was maxed, the water pump may have frozen for a while before the bay heat caught up. We figured it out when we turned on the water pump and nothing happened. I think we may have either blown the fuse or killed the water pump. We have a spare water pump with us, but before I switch it out, I want to make sure the fuse isn't blown. Before I get the books out and trace wiring.. does anyone know where the fuse is located? Our coach is a 2007 ovation intrigue- coach number 12150. We have basically the identical coach to Lee's.

On my Magna there is an inline fuse on The Wire right off of the pump in itself.

By the way, when you get into below zero temps, the passive hydronic water bay heat is not enough. I've been down to -15. I put 200 watt personal heaters down there one in the Water Bay and one where the filter is and was fine.
