I'm out here at Olstrom Custom Coach having about 10 grand worth of work completed. With that being said I watched for three day as the crew wrestled with removing and replacing five hydraulic hoses. I asked the same question about rerouting and the answer was a firm NO. Two much chance of failure being in frame rails. They dug all that crap out anyway they could and attached new line to the old and pulled them thru a section at a time. Good luck.

Very Disappointing. The more I read, the more I believe you should have a written estimate, which should include what they are planning to do. I will never use a Junction City establishment, no matter how many people have had a great experience. Eric seems to be a reasonable person and I think he will make this right.

I'm missing something? What is the reference to Junction City establishments? I've never had a problem at Premier...always have a written estimate if it is going to be a complicated job.

I never mentioned Premier. I don't eat at certain fast food restaurants, would someone like to make big dealt of that as well?

Wally;

Seems to me that you lumped all of the establishments in Junction City into one critical piece. At least two of them, Oregon Motor Coach and Premier, have very good reputations from folks on this list. I was just curious about which establishments you were referring to in your post.

Really no need to get snarky when your original post wasn't really very specific.

I don't kiss and tell. I also have been very happy with Carrier and think Kevin is great at getting parts and have mentioned him a number of times. Have used Industrial Tire and and HendersonLine Up. Love a bunch of restaurants in the Eugene area as well. I was just trying to show empathy to someone who experienced issues. Being very new at this I have experienced people that just love to take advantage of you, I call them the new snake oil sales people.
