2005 Country Coach Da Vinci 40' Inspire 330

Good afternoon everyone.

Wondering if you folk can give me an idea exactly what coaches are actually selling for these days. Of course our coaches are worth a mint to us. I need to know what some resent sales of 2005 coaches with milage below 40,000 miles and garage kept with all records of maintenance. Not listing prices.......Actual price of any sold units.

My brother -in-law has this 2005 Inspire and has recently encounter hefty health issues. The decision has been made to sell his unit! Way too bad! Its absolutely beautiful! The family would like to see this unit sold to someone that will appreciate her and take good care of her.

Here is some facts: Always garaged!...Will need new tires in a year or so, 5 years on them now. Everything works! Upgrades to the "wet" P.T.O., 31,373.0 milage, 400 CAT, 3 slides, 8 Kw Onan, all original interior.
Just the two of them with NO pets. Exterior Tan...Inside Aspen Leaf.....Exterior- Sterling, 3 slides.

Appreciate any info you can give me so he can make some decisions on exactly what he is going to do with the unit. Things like if the actual sales of 2005 Inspires are so ridiculous then he would just "Will" his unit to a family member. We just need to know what the 2005"s Inspires are actually selling for!

I am a Happy current owner of a 2004 CC. Allure 33' and have been for several years. If I didn't currently have my "Baby" I would scarf this one up in a heartbeat. I am absolutely blessed to have my 2004 CC Allure. LOVE IT!!

Give Terry Smith at Kenai Coach in Junction City. He buys and or consigns top shape coaches in that year range. He just sold your model coach, I think for around 129,000 Look at it on his website on page 3. It just sold in the last month or so.
