2004 Country Coach Inspire 40 foot DP

I have added lots of items, (mostly projects that are documented here on the RVForum).

The major ones are:

Allure flooring throughout.

Video Security System, (8 cameras. hard drive, and can be monitored over the Internet).

750 watt solar system.

8 golf cart batteries.

Residential refrigerator.

11 Dual fluorescent / LED overhead lights

2 mounted flat screen TV’s

I changed all the fluids in February of this year, (2019), after returning from Q including:
Oil and filters in both diesel engines, (main and generator).
Antifreeze and filters in both engines.
Transmission fluid, (Transend) and filters, (MD3000).
Fuel filters for both engines.
Air filter, (monster thing that fits in a big cannister).

It has been waxed and detailed many times as a kind of therapy for me.

It has 84,300 miles on it
I have never had any major issues and have performed maintenance on a regular basis.

All the systems work. An independent pre sale inspection was done about 3 weeks ago.
If it does not sell this month I think that I will take it to Quartzsite and have one of the dealers sell it. That will result in a higher price and saled tax since it is not a private party sale.

I looked up prices on the RV trader and found three comparable units. Mine has several upgrades that the others listed do not have and I am still pricing it at least 15K to 25K below their pricing. I am selling it for $60,000.
