Will 365/70R22.5 tires fit on the front

Im looking to replace my tires on 2007 Magna 630 Galileo.  Currently have 315/80R22.5 Michelin XZA2 Energy on the front and am considering changing to 365/70R22.5 XZA so I can reduce tire pressure to 100psi versus the 120 psi I must run on the current tires.  I must replace the wheels to 10.5 inch as the tire is approx 2 inches wider.  Has anyone tired this yet?

See here for a thread on this same issue. I'm curious about why you need to run at such high air pressure -- are you basing that on the actual weight that you have riding on your front axle?
