Thanks for all the responses. We are now in an area where we can accomplish a solution. In my, never to be humble opinion, it is way past time for CC and/or Zipdee to resolve this safety issue. Our coach is 4 model years after friends described the problem and tried various cures because the manufacturer and vendor denied knowledge or responsibility. I'm still happy we purchased the World's Finest Motorcoach, however, to be fair they should add, Some Assembly Required.
