Blue Ox IS the problem

We tried talking to the Customer Relations of Blue Ox til we were Blue in the face. To buy a new setup it will cost $1,000. Blue Ox will give a rebate of $85.00. Our last reply to them was there must be a problem with your company because you just lost one of your biggest suppliers (Campers World) now you just lost another customer. We will go to RoadMaster. We only need another plate for the car. It's not too smart of Blue Ox to deal with their customers this way. So if you are buying another tow vehicle call Blue Ox and they will tell you about their discontinued products and the reason they are discontinuing these towing products. They really want you to buy a whole new product of theirs.

I went to Roadmaster for my basewplate when I purchased my 2000 Jeep Gr Cher. They sell an adapter bar which allows you to use a Blue Ox hitch----I have the aluminum one which is now on my third coach---I love it.

In one year of Blue Ox use, we have had our share of hardware troubles, but BO has been very nice on tele. The sent us new locks when plastic lock covers broke in below freezing weather. They sent us extended tongue that we should have ordered as new, but did not know of. RV dealer gave us new rubber covers for arms, no charge & assured us BO would replace dealer parts free as warranty. Again no charge.

I called and asked what I needed to do to get a loose feeling tightened up in my 10,000 lb tow bar. When we talked and I said I would be going from Texas to Mn he suggested that I just stop by the factory and they would make like new at no charge, and they have a nice free campground to spend the nite at.

I walked into the office and they had my name and someone came and got the towbar fixed it and reinstalled it on the coach.

THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Does anyone have the phone number for the power fans support, one of the motors does not work and the bathroom works perfect. I checked all the switches and the cover goes up just no fan.

Check the ground wire under the vent cover with it open. I think it is 5/16 or 1/2 in nut with a wire connector under the nut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the way I fixed my Fantasic fan
