Repeat--side window replacement

Noting that some members have replaced side windows I need to repeat my post of last week. Having difficulty trying to remove day/night blinds and valances in order to get to the screws that hold the windows in place. The valances are lower than the top of the windows and of course the blinds are up under the valances. So both must come off to do the windows. Clues appreciated.
