Class Reunion Rally

Yahoo Message Number: 1253
We are planning to attend the July class reunion rally at the Lane County fairgrounds in Eugene.
This will be our first time to that location. In fact, our first rally.
If anyone who has attended past CC rallys has any tips or suggestions for first timers we would love to hear them as they may enhance the quality of our stay.

Thank you,

David & Karen

Recommendation:

Attempt to be there early at the assembly area so that IF, they, CC, hold the rally at the same place as last year you don't fall victim of the Fire Marshal's wrath. I am talking about the virtual harassment of the attendees about hooking up your unit to the available electric service. Point: All drop cords must be 14 gauge minimum. Only one cord from your unit to the panel box. No hooking from one unit to another. They inspect the grounds sometimes 2 times a day. Many do not get hookups at all. It is best if you have 2- 100' cords. Don't expect to run air conditioners on these cords.
Beside all that be prepared to have a lot of fun, it is a great program.

Thanks for the tip. The rally is listed as "dry camping" so if we arrive late I guess we will be using our generator. However, I will get the power cords you recommend just in case.
