National RV Holdings Delisted

Woodbury's RV newsletter published this weekend states that last week the New York Stock Exchange delisted National...the Country Coach parent company. National had been warned they were in danger months ago but now the hammer has fallen. At the Charleston rally we heard much positive about CC including increased market share....but this can't be a positive developement...can it? Joe Cronin 6223

I think there are several reasons for a de listing ? What was the cause in this case? AL

When I was at the dealer service department with my coach last week, I asked them if National owned CC now. The service manager said he used to work for National and told me quite emphatically that it is the other way around. CCI owns National.

National was delisted because the stock fell below $3 a share. NATL still owns CC. CC has never owned Natl.
