Country Coach Showcase

My Inspire is in their shop for service and replacement of the driver's side window. They discovered the lift pump leaking and Greg called Cummins West for me and arranged repairs under warranty. He could have told me to get on the phone and call myself, but he didn't. Small thing, but above and beyond. Now....if the service is completed to my satisfaction and nothing else leaks....I'll post again. But so far, so good.

This is, BTW, the third driver's side window. First one had a major defect, and the last two sprung a leak between the panes. Wonder if I could just cut out one of the panes when it happens again???

The work is done and their prices are competitive with Independent Diesel in Rancho Cordova, CA and Cummins West in West Sacramento.
Greg is a very personable young man and he did go above and beyond in making contacts for me. I hope that everyone else who has dealt with Country Coach Showcase has good service as well.
